Friends of an interesting herbal note will get their money’s worth with the 535 Upstairs Dry Gin. Twelve herbs from the Kassel mountain park form the basis for a Mediterranean aroma. Rosemary, thyme and basil are in the foreground of Kassel gin and are completed by well-harmonising botanicals such as eucalyptus, sea buckthorn and pomegranate.
The 535 Upstairs Chassalla Dry Gin is dedicated to the Kassel mountain park. It symbolises the 535 steps up to Hercules. This gin is characterised by herbal aromas such as rosemary, thyme and basil. The Mediterranean herbs are accompanied by 12 botanicals from the mountain park. An ingredient is used for each heroic act of Hercules. Hand-selected herbs such as eucalyptus, sea buckthorn, blackberry leaves and rose blossom provide a unique taste experience.
A shortened maceration process helps to develop a particularly aromatic herbal note. For a whole 48 hours, the Mediterranean botanicals unfold their special aroma in a high-quality wheat distillate, according to German quality class. Fresh spring water from the region reduces the alcohol content to a pleasant 43%. After each individual bottle has been bottled and labelled by hand, it is on its way to you.
In our eyes, a refreshingly sparkling tonic water contrasts the Mediterranean herbal notes of the 535 Upstairs Dry Gin. That’s why we use the Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water with Kassler Gin. Combined with pomegranate, rosemary and a basil bud, this mixture unfolds into an absolute insider tip.
