When stalking, every movement, every sound and every metre counts. The clothes must not rustle or attract attention when it comes into contact with the equipment or vegetation. At the same time, it must withstand changing weather conditions and function reliably even on long hunting days. That’s why we have developed the Blaser Silence 2L jacket. It is designed to consistently reduce noise and combine camouflage with reliable weather suitability. The material construction „Silent Motion“ is clearly divided into functional zones. A knitted 2-layer stretch fleece is used in the torso area as well as under the arms, which is soft to the touch and does not cause audible noise even when moving. A robust, woven stretch material is used on the shoulders and upper arms, which reinforces exactly where stress occurs without becoming stiff or noise-intensive – for example when in contact with backpack straps or vegetation. At the same time, it provides increased DWR water repellency and full range of motion around the shoulder blades and elbow joints. This creates a combination of freedom of movement, durability and quiet zones where every detail counts. Underarm vents allow excess heat to escape without creating additional noise sources. The 2-layer construction is equipped with a polyurethane membrane and achieves a hydrostatic head of 10,000 mm with a breathability of 10,000 g per m² in 24 hours. Taped seams and a water-resistant Lamoral finish complement the weatherproof construction. The jacket is fully waterproof while remaining soft and quiet in movement. The „Silence Camouflage“ pattern, inspired by the colours and contrasts of the autumn forest, blends naturally into the surroundings and blurs the contours in the terrain.
